Welcome to my blog. Here is where I rant and rave about the day-to-day crap that happens and also just let you know about general things. Whether I've lived it or read about it, I'll rant about it! I've been told I have a pretty unique but shared view about what happens in the world, so that's why I've decided to share it on the web.

So, when it comes to news rants/raves, whether you agree with me or not, realize that what follows is only my opinion.

I try to take everything with a grain of salt and add some humour to even the darkest subjects. That being said, please feel free to comment on anything you read (again, whether you agree or not, I want to hear about it).

What's the Big Fuss Over New Years??

I just don't get it... maybe it's because I'm not a party animal.

Just like birthdays - hey, I like getting presents as much as the next person - 
but I just don't get it when people say things like, "so - how do you feel now
that you're 28" or "how does it feel to be in 2007" or even "wow, this new 
year is all crazy and shit..."

Nah, it's just a new year on the calendar.  I just have to remember to write a 
"7" at the end now.  My life continues as normal:  My vacation time at work
resets, as do other things and we start all over agin.

Big deal. :)

Nothing radical has changed, we're just one more step in the wrong direction anyway.
